Is is possible to restore a removed user putting all configs back in place?

Shane if the user was just disabled you could add permissions back to that user and they would be back in your instance. If you completely removed the user (anonymized) then you will not be able to restore them you would have to add them again and provide the new account permissions.
Hi, I have removed the disabled USER and tried to freshly add him back again, but JIRA Service management keeps saying I can't send "INVITE" because USER is disabled or suspended, even though the USER is completely removed. Please advise? I am a JSM Admin. and can't add critical USER back again.
