We have JSM and will be providing support for several different companies. Part of that support is by using articles in the knowledge base. Is it possible to have one knowledge base, but to restrict articles to certain customers (unlicensed) based on the company they work for?
KB articles use security by obfuscation model via labels. You would need to have separate JSM Projects and link to unique articles per customer/JSM Project in order to do what you are asking for.
