Hi, is it possible to restrict access to some user based on request type.
for eg I want a particular user to access issues contained under a certain request type only. So even if he has project access he can access certain type of issues only.
Is this from the agent side JSM or the customer side.
Customer side this is not possible.
On the Agent side you could implement an Issue Security Scheme.
Add security levels to issues and by default into the request fields and in the security scheme.
In the security scheme have the user only available on the level the user needs access to, this will show the user only the issue, set with a security level access has been granted to.

No. There is an add-on for JSM Data Center which supports this, but the cloud version if the app does not.
