We have been using Jira for quite some time for ticketing for our IT Support side of the business and love the product.
I was just curious if anybody is in a similar boat or had any recommendations for the following requirements;
Retail & Sales Requirements
We also have a retail store where we sell electronics, we need the ability to track stock and sales, scan barcodes and sell products, take payments, print sales receipts, send invoices etc.
Computer Monitoring Requirements
We also currently have a system that has RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) features, where we can monitor critical things such as disk health, storage space, resource usage etc., just curious if there is anything like that for Jira?
As far as your RMM question goes, my colleagues and I found EndPoint Central to be a great RMM tool that integrates, free for up to the first 50 machines even! It's in the list of available apps on the Jira dashboard:
