Reveal Additional Fields During Approval Stage of a Request in JSM

I'm building a workflow where some additional fields are populated by the person handling the request before they transition it to an approval step.

I want to show those fields to the approver, but I don't want them to be present on the request.

Is there a way to do that?

Are your approvers accessing the request via the direct JSM project interface UI?  Please advise.
