Rich custom field text is not saved in outgoing email.

I need to save the formatted text in sent email.

1. I made a custom "Send Email" screen to send emails whose body contains the contents of a formatted field "Mail body".
2. The sent email doesn't contain formatted text and looks like this:
3. I am sending an email through the JWT post function functionality "Send Custom Email". In the post function, the "Email Format" option is HTML and the custom field "Mail body" (cf14911) is a multi-line field with Active Renderer - Wiki Style Renderer.

mail sent is always text or html as a global setting.

If you want formatting in email you need to do this in html encoding.

Wiki Style rendering setting on applies to the field used in the system, this formatting will not be used in sending mail.

JWT has a special function for this.

I didn't know about wikiToHTML() function.

Now it works as I expected!
