Has anyone yet used this?
I'm looking at this page regarding Risk Insights and see the big blue box that says it's available if you use the IT Service Management template. Does that mean Risk Insights are not available if a client stands up their own ITSM project starting from General Service Management and then incorporate a change process?
Let's say accept the ITSM template as our base, but then we replace the change workflow contained in that template with something entirely different...then what? Does Risk Insights cease to function?
