I am wondering whether its possible to grant an extra access or restrict access to some users to certain areas.
What I am trying to do is, have only certain users with access level to a particular ticket type that may be including sensitive data.
Has anybody come across such a facility or has created something similar please?
There is a number of Service Desk users and I would like only several users to have access to a particular request type (that already exists).
