Hi,
I've been working with Rovo agents and and a few handy agents that I want to rollout to the teams. The problem is that I'm trying to add an action to add a label to the ticket every time the agent is run (for agent usage tracking).
This should be doable through the agents prompt and adding the Action: Edit Item. My prompt works perfectly but then asks to confirm before adding the label. No matter what I do I can't override this and have it just add the label without needing confirmation.
From what I can tell, this should be a setting in Rovo Studio to "configure actions" but neither me or our Atlassian Admin can find this option anywhere within the Agent settings.
I am keen to keep this all within Rovo and avoid needing to run separate automations within Jira.
Welcome @Dylan Bolton
You need to click on your agent directly, then go to three dots and choose edit agent, which will lead you to Atlassian Studio. From there on the left side within the General tab, you should be seeing Actions.
Hi @Nikola Perisic that part I get. No issues with adding actions and working within Studio. The issue I have is I cannot edit the action or any configurations within Actions (I've clicked through everything available in Studio).
So the question is:
Is it possible to configure the actions - settings around overriding actions default settings. I understand this should be possible but depends on my access rights... the issue is what access rights do I then need? I already have the specific Jira Project admin rights.

For Jira specifically, you would need actions like Create work item. The current issue that is occurring (at least for me) is Rovo having trouble connecting with Jira. Are you facing a similar issue?
