We have created a test JSM project to use for internal support and connected it to a Virtual Agent and Knowledgebase.
Most of the time it works fine, but lately the Slack integration has not been responding when the same question is answered fine in Studio when testing the agent.
In Slack I get:
But the exact same question asked in Studio using the "Test" button gives me the correct answer.
Sorry this isn't a solution but I also experienced this testing the virtual agent in our sandbox which has prevented us from moving forward with the agent in production for the time being. At times it worked great and other times it seemed to have regressed in it's capabilities but I'm sure there are many updates to come on the product still. Specifically for the difference between studio and slack I believe support pointed me to a bug that was eventually "resolved" so it may be worth contacting support to see if it's the same bug that needs to be addressed again.
FYI, I was told by support that the Rovo agent the the Slack agent are using 2 different technologies. In testing, the Rovo one is VASTLY superior.
