Rule to constrain field value equal to zero or empty.

Hello, community friends! Hope you are well!

Help me with a question, how can I standardize a field so that it does not accept a value equal to zero or that it runs out of information?

I have a form in JSM for refund requests and the value where the value must be specified cannot be empty or zero.
