SD auto reply filter vs Servide Desk Mail Handler

Hi,

We whitelisted a domain in order to accept incoming mails that otherwise were rejected as auto-reply mail.

Works fine in that way that mails are now accepted.

 

But for every incoming email we have two posts in the log.SD mail handler.GIF

 

If that normal Jira behavior or does it indicate that there are two incoming mails at the same time?

Searching the details you provided, I found out that this issue is related to a bug, where the email is correctly processed, but somehow it shows a duplicated entry showing also that it failed.
