SPF record not working

Hi guys,

Trying to get setup to send emails from our domain via Jira.

All of the DNS records are verified except for the SPF.

This is our SPF record:

"v=spf1 include:_spf.atlassian.net include:spf.protection.outlook.com ip4:167.89.18.77 -all"

All seems to be fine as far as I can see. Checking it with a DNS checker, the record is present and seems ok as far as I can tell.

Help!
