SSO: Can we skip first time logon before SSO works?

First time new users open our portal, they need to fill in their e-mail address and choose "Login in using SSO".

From then on it works perfectly.

But is it possible to have it work without the initial logon?

Reason: our users switch between browsers and it needs to be done once with each new browser. And helpdesk are a bit tired of complaints that links in mails "don't work" - just because the user hasn't opened the portal yet.

Can't seem to find any documentation on this - did I miss it?

I am not sure it's possible on cloud. 

but in on-prem you can do redirect to nosso parameter. 

BTW, why you don't want to check default apps settings.

Hi Gonchik, thanks for your answer. We're only running cloud, so it seems that I'm still looking for an answer.

But nevermind - we do just fine without.
