We connect to Jira Cloud. We get a "something's gone wrong" error message when we click any ticket from any projects, dashboards. It says from mobile app "bad gateway" and Atlassian Support is giving an error as well with "something went wrong. Please try submitting your request again." Their status page says everything is operational but not from our end. Is there any way to contact Atlassian Support?

There was an active incident (now resolved) on on the Atlassian Cloud env which impacted a set of cloud product for multiple customers. I will review/check the following page when you never encounter another similar issue in the future -
