I know in Automations you can schedule issues. Then setup a custom field and use an AQL to add assets to an issue within the automation.
However my team is using JSM for Facilities and not IT service tickets. The view, exports, and tracking using in scheduled issues will work better for us than automations.
Is there a way for the custom field that is tied to our assets to be used in scheduled issues?
we released a new scheduler with a slightly different UX, than existing ones, supporting custom asset fields: 'Work & maintenance scheduler'.
you can use custom asset fields with static and dynamic selection, including usage of attributes from the related schedule. For example, you can select all assets with a owner equal to the selected organisation and a warranty end date within the next 60 days.
