Schedule reports for managers

I need to run several reports for management every two weeks and send these reports to several managers. 

I would like to automate this process - 

1. Setup a scheduler that would run on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month

2. run and export the reports in PDF or any other format 

3. Email the reports to a group of managers.

The "Jira" way is to:

1. Give Jira licenses to your managers
2. Create some shared filters with the columns that highlight what managers need to know, not what your team needs to know
3. Create Jira user groups for these filters and add the managers to these groups
4. Subscribe these groups to the filter according to this schedule.

They will then receive an email with a table of issues and columns. They can click on issues to view those emails. You could also create a dashboard and add that link in the description of the filter: they will have that up top if you wish.

The email represents a snapshot of those issues and can be considered a report. More than that, eg an automated PDF report, requires a plugin.
