Hello everyone!
In the JIRA Cloud version I see that it is NOT possible to add screenshots (Copy + Paste) in the comments of the screens that are shared with users, and vice versa either. Is there any way to edit the comments form the screen so that it could be done? and if you could already include the option of "Predefined answers" would be great.
Thank you very much!
Hi @David Martínez López , are you saying that you cannot paste image into a comment? It seems to work OK for me. You also seem to be asking if it is possible to put an image into a pre-defined answer? I was able to add an image using "/image" shortcut when creating a new predefined answer.

Looking at your screenshot it seems:
The create attachment permission is not assigned to you or have attachments been disabled globally?
Looks like the response app is turned of.

Adding the option to attach files to the screen allows me to include screenshots, but although the user sees the image well, internally in JIRA it appears like this

Adding screenshots in a comment is possible for the customer on the portal and as agent to share a comment.
So I can't reproduce your issue (tried it in Chrome and Firefox)
Canned responses work fine for me as well.
