If the value selected in the field is “Web Browser Applications”, Attachment field should be filled. If you want to proceed without being filled, “You need to add a screenshot!” warning should appear.

I'm afraid Scriptrunner for Cloud does not support Request screens yet, only the global issue create screen. Also, the fields it supports are limited (the list is a little way into the docs at https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours )
