Hi all... I'm continuing to google a solution, but I thought I would also put something down here.
In the Jira Web app, when I attempt to search for an end-user (which is seen on the web page app), the mobile app just says searching...forever. It works as soon as I put the end-user into the service desk team. I think its a permissions issue, but I can't track it down. Any help would be appreciated.
