Hi there,
In all the promotional and information material on I've see re Jira Service desk it says on the free account you get a limit of three Agents, and unlimited users.
Yet, now that I am signing up (to the Jira Service Desk + Confluence option that was presented to me) states the free account gets three agents and up to ten users. See the attached image
If you are signed in to Atlassian.com, you can browse to here to see what I am referring to: https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=jira-service-desk-confluence&edition=free
Otherwise, see this screenshot: https://ibb.co/rtX73py
Can someone please explain to me why it's say there's a limit of ten users?
This is saying that you get 3 agents for JSD and the 10 users is referring to your Confluence limit. You will have unlimited “customers” but they do not have access to Confluence directly. They can see knowledge base articles that have been created in Confluence if you set that feature up. Now it may be, but not sure, that the 10 users can also browse the JSD issues as collaborators if you allow that in permissions. You would need to test that theory. I use this feature but they are Jira SW users.
