Send SMS for ticket

Hi, how can I send an SMS notification to an user when there are an update in the ticket?

I see in the plan:

Alerts & notifications

Unlimited alerts, unlimited email and SMS

I have the same issue. I would like to know how can we send SMS alert (maybe using Opsgenie) when a new ticket has been created.
