We are just testing the JIRA Service Desk and installed also the app Email This Issue. I configured all, but the agents cannot see the "Send issues in Email"-Button. All permissions are on, but within the Service desk ticket it is impossible to send an issue via email.

What could be the reason for that?

Thank you!

Hi @Martin Mikulik and welcome to our Community!

It's rather strange because according to the vendor documentation if a user cannot see the "Email" button this means he's not authorised to send email.

Can you confirm that all the permissions are configured correctly?

@Attila Gaspar _META-INF_ , @Tímea Kalán (Meta-Inf) , @Tibor Hegyi _META-INF_ , @[deleted] , @Balázs Lakatos [META-INF]

, could you please assist us?

Hi Grigory,

thank you for your quick answer. I enabled the "Permission to Send Emails Manually" and it did not work. Then I dissabled them and went to the "Default Permission Scheme" and enabled the "Send Issues in Email" for all users.

Is there another permission, I have to grant?
