With the introduction of creating Teams in Atlassian, is there a way to send notifications/emails to the Team via something like automation?
The scenario is we have multiple teams using a single JSM Service Desk. With the Team option now available I was attempting to compartmentalize the work using the new Team field. This also allows the team lead to add and remove team members without having the Atlassian Admin team creating a group. The issue is how do I notify the team when a new issue is created?
I know you can assign an issue to a Team and you can also @mention the team so that comments are shared easily. I just wanted to know if there was a way to use maybe the smart value {{issue.Team}} in some capacity.
Adding the Team option is great but if we cannot enable a mechanism to notify the team via automation this is a bit lost.
