I have successfully connected a slack request channel with JSM board. Now i can create a ticket from a slack post in that particular channel by simply using ticket emoji. My request type has an issue type containing approval workflow. So in the ticket created from slack if i put approver, the approver would get a message from assist with the option to approve or decline and it auotmatically syncs in JSM board.
However is there a way when ticket is created seperately lets say from customer portal but not from slack request channel. Is there a way approver get a slack notification in the same way as of above via assist?
Hi @Deepesh Khanal I believe this is a native function in the JSM - Slack integration.
