Is it somehow possible to send an email from Jira Service Desk (Cloud) to an email address of a person that is not listed as customer in Jira? (That is, may be mentioned in the description in an issue for example).
You could have an automation send out an email to a Predetermined email address, but in Cloud I'm not aware of this being a functionality.
Thanks for your reply. However, an automation is not what I am after. I would like a function to send a manual email regarding a certain issue.
