Hi Community :)
I am trying to create an automation in which, if user 1 is mentioned in the ticket comment then they will receive the notification in slack channel 1, and if user 2 is mentioned in the ticket then they will receive the notification in channel 2.
Can someone help me figure out why the criteria are not getting met in the 2nd if condition? 1st, if logic is working fine, it's not moving on the second.
