I'm searching for this answer. But can't find it.
I've connected an external (gmail) address. Issues created on an incoming mail works properly. But when i'm answering the client from the issue, it's sending from a jira mailaddress.
However, i want to answer from the mail address it received from.
e.g.
Incoming issue from support@gmail -> reply from support@gmail
Incoming issue from support@outlook -> reply from support@outlook.
Is this even possible?
