Separate into internal support and costumer support

Dear Team,

I created two Service Managements - one for the external Costumer and another one for the internal HR Team. Now the external Costumer (e.g. for support) should fill the forms but they shouldnt see the internal other Service Management (HR and maybe later others.) How to change that issue?

Hi @Sascha Schäfers ,

Go to each project settings --> Customer permissions. 

Set the Service project access to "Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins"
