Service Desk Portal: Search does not show all results

Hi all,

we use JIRA Service Desk (Server, v4.5.7) together with Confluence-Cloud as a knowledge base. In JSD we use Tinker  and ProForma Forms.

Using the JSD portal search bar, the pagination bar shows e. g. 15 results. As three results are shown at a time, there are five pages given: '<  1  2  3  4  5  >.

Unfortunately there are the same three results on every one page! So, although 15 results are announced, I only get three ...

I cannot find any clue neither in JSD-Knowledgbase settings, nor in Tinker or ProForma. Any result I get will show correctly in JSD:

@Ulrich Agricola - interesting! Can you verify if there are truly more than three results with forschung in it?

Yes, there are. I went to CF-Cloud and started a serach for "forschung" in the backend. Search gives 13 different pages containing "forschung" and one containing "forschungsbasierte". There is one result, that does not contain the search word, neither in text nor in labels (but there is a label "Fortschritt", which could have lead to a positive result).
