Service Desk Queue preview doesn't match saved queue filter results

Hi, I've got a service desk with a basic queue that should show all open requests.

The queue filter seems to work great when I'm on the edit screen, all the relevant issues show up.   But once I save it and review the queue outside of edit mode, there are missing issues.

I can provide more specifics as needed, but was checking for any known issues about the preview not working right.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick response.   Some more careful looking helped me figure out that I'd inadvertently clicked a column and re-sorted the list.  Sheesh.

@Jim Baker Can you please share the filter you are using?  Some screenshots of the issues in the results when editing and missing when saved.

Hi Jim,

I have not observed this but at the same time have not spent Time trying to find such an occurrence. It would be great to see an example what you are seeing firsthand.
