I'm trying to setup the services in my new Service Desk.
I can see that the Services can be linked to Opsgenie, which comes very helpful, however the management/customization of these services is quite limited.
I've seen in other questions raised before, workarounds through automation and custom fields.
The main reason I need to make changes to this schema is to mainly link services to assets (for example, Service running on on-premises server) and also to have a subobject schema ( Services - component of the service, example Service is Office 365, component is Sharepoint).
I'm not sure if this should be configured in this way. Would anyone be able to provide a best practice to configure this or a way around you used to configure this?
