Service Management Reporting Field Values

Hi, I have a requirement to provide some reporting on details (fields) of tickets need to be replaced by a number (numerical)  value in the report. Example below

The status of the ticket at the end of the reporting period 1 = Open
2 = Closed 

This is not the best example as it talks about a status rather than a field but the same premise applies.

I'm wondering if it's possible to capture the value of a field for example Open can be captured as a value of 1?

Or should I run a conversion on the exported report data instead?

Hi @Darren Friedrich 

No, it's not possible to do that while using the advanced issue search. Best way, as you guessed correctly, is to export them and then replace the values.

If you do that on periods, I would suggest to create a macro on excel to save you some time.
