Service Owner Smart Value

I need to create an automation rule to retrieve the 'Service Owners' from the service. The value is not listed under the affected services smart value, anyone know how I can retrieve this ?

Hello @Michael ,

Do a lookup object on your service. In the next step you can access the service owner as

{{lookupObjects.Service Owner}} and you can store that into any of your custom fields.
