When searching for a keyword in the Global search bar on top, apparently there is no way to get results from within any of our service projects?
Is this by design? Why? Because the projects do show up in the Project Filter.
What is the best workaround to let our Agents quickly search through all issues by keyword?
Hi, after some further digging this was the (known) cause: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-84332
The culprit was that the keyword was inside a comment. We are using a workaround via a custom Chrome search engine for now..

Welcome to the community.
It seems the permissions are not correct, as seaching keywords on the main search bar shows work items in JSM projects.
If you don't see them in the project, filter, you don't have a JSM license or the browse project permission is not granted.
