Is there any kind of audit log for changes made to organizations in service desk? We have a particular customer that was added to an organization who should not be in that org, and none of our service desk team can remember making the change.

Currently in jira service desk we don't have this feature to track such user activity. May be you can check into audit log of jira where you can find user interaction with system.
