Is it possible to block the option to add comments to closed requests via the customer portal? Not showing closed requests could also be an option

In order to block new comments from being added after the ticket is closed, it would be necessary to add workflow properties to the status, but on team-managed projects, currently, this feature is not available.
Also, what makes a ticket visible on the portal is the request type and on team-managed projects, issue type and request types are the same, so it won’t be possible to not show the ticket on the customer portal.
Using a company-managed project you can modify the workflow and add the property below on the Closed/Resolved status:
jira.permission.comment.user = false
