ServiceManager. Automate Organzition. SLA

Hello, 

Im new to jira so pls bare with me :) 

 

I had create a automated flow so that organization would be created based on client domain.

After i had configured custom SLA's and based on organization SLA response level is set.

Everything seems to work properly but when i create organization manually and add random gmail email under that organization all incoming email does not get recognized.  (funny thing is that if I send from work domain all works, but when i try tests from gmail nothing) 

All incoming emails from gmail domain does not get assign to my manually created Organization and im struggling to understand why

Will use the domain as organization name, except if it is provided by a free e-mail provider such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
