Hi all,
I am trying to set some fields as "required" inside a request type of my service desk, but it seems impossible to set the drop-down menu with the "yes" option.
I click "update", but nothing happens...
Any suggestion?

Hi Fiorella,
Usually, this error happens when we try to set as required the fields of a request type that is used for creating tickets through email.
If the request type you are editing has the information "Email" below its name, you won't be able to set the field as required, because requests by email must have only "Summary" and "Description" as required, all other fields must be optional.
Can you please check if the request type is used for email requests?
