Setting SLA Based on Planned Start date and Planned completion Date

Currently Our  Change management tickets seem to be using the SLA's for Requests

Is there a way to set SLA based on Planned start and Planned Completion Dated

Hi @Michael Louchery (Helpdesk Manager) ,

As of now, by default there is no option to start SLA based on Custom field values. There is a Suggestion ticket, you can start watching it for the update.
