If AlexSmith@contoso.com emails our support helpdesk ITSupport@contoso.com it creates an issue in a queue. All fine and well ecept the issue reporter is ITSupport@contoso.com when it should be AlexSmith@contoso.com
What settings to I need to ensure are correct to have this happen please?

Is the sender of the email set up with an Atlassian Cloud account and specified as a Customer of the JSM project where the issue gets created?
