Under Project -> Customers I have an Organization defined and under Organization I have two customer email accounts added. When an email comes from one of these accounts, how can I set that as the Reporter instead of tech?
@NeilN - your Jira project is a Service Desk project, correct?
If that's so, instead of relying on a mail handler, configure email requests for your project. Incoming requests from either customer will have the appropriate Reporter defined.
