Hi,
I am new to Jira so probably overlooking something but I appear to be missing several default reports. I have a service desk project with a linked knowledge base. I was hoping to see 'Article Usage' and 'Article Effectiveness' (as per: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/setting-up-service-desk-reports-939926426.html) in the Reports section but the defaults I get are: Workload, Satisfaction, Requests deflected and Requests resolved.
What am I missing?
Cheers,
P
The link you have shared is for Jira Service Desk (server). Are you on Jira Service Desk (cloud)?
It could be that!

Ah, yep I am using JSD cloud. Is there any way around this then?

Good question.
However in Jira Service Desk, if you click on the Knowledge Base link (under Raise a request), it lists all the articles and there is a column showing Topic, Categories, Views and Last Updated... Views I would hope is customers viewing the articles.
Clouds reporting on articles is dire to say the least.
