It's possible to share a ticket with other people on condition they registered on Jira, if they not registered on Jira we need to send links to the invited.
I need to share a ticket with peoples they do not have access to the system, for example: I need to share the ticket to mail mngm@mycompany.com but this mail not registers on Jira Service Desk Cloud.Anyone can help with this issue?
