Would this not be a good idea if JIRA had a google translate engine built into their ticketing system? When operating SD ticketing for different clients across different countries it would be beneficial if that client could raise the request using their native language. This would certainly improve the quality of some of those tickets being raised out there.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
All the best

Hey Jerry,
Jira Service Desk (Cloud) does support the customer portal being in different languages. The advantage of doing it this way is that you (and Atlassian) can suggest and verify translations rather than just relying on Google's algorithms and hoping everything translated properly.
On the flip side, after tickets are created by the customer it is pretty straightforward and seamless in Chrome to load the page through Google translate. This won't be a 100% accurate translation of the customer's ticket but it'll get you pretty close!
Cheers,
Daniel
