We are setting up a Jira Cloud site with Gsuite integration for a Company to handle product complaints from their external customers in Jira Service Desk.
Their agents does not want their full name to be shown in Help Center, when they are communicating with their customers. Is it possible to show the "Nick name" field (In Atlassian People) instead of full name? Since the agents are synced with Gsuite, we cannot change the full name. And of course, we do not want to change their full name in Gsuite, as Gsuite is used as the company's User Directory.

As the users are managed through GSuite, it's possible only to change their full names on GSuite and only the administrator can do this.
If they go to id.atlassian.com they will be able to change, but once GSuite syncs again, the full name will be reverted as it was before.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to hide agent name in the portal:
