Show object status in issue view

Good Morning all,

Was wondering if a status was set for an object(asset) we can show that in the issue view - now i had to create a custom field + automation that copies the status - but that does not look as nice or stand out as much as we would like as this is just plain text.

Hi @Diet Bos ,

Normally on the custom Assets field you can specify what attributes need to be shown on the issue view.

If you go in to the configuration you'll see 2 things you can add the attributes in (what to search on and what to show)

Yes, but i need to expand the Assets to see the entire tree of attributes : 

You can see on the right side it is a DOT tractor. but on the left i need to expand the information to see the assets status : 

I was wondering if the Status "DOT Tractor" could be made visible in a different (and visually stimulating) way.

Unfortunately not, the way the field type is implemented on Cloud means it is always collapsed. 

The data is there but you do need the extra click to show it.

And there is no way to copy the format of the status to a custom field?
