Sign up currently not available message.

We have our server configured to only allow tickets from users that already have an account. These accounts are pulled from Active Directory and represent most of our users. Each time a user without an account emails our help desk email the ticket is not created and I see an "Signup is not currently available" message in the log.

  • Is there a way that I can configure the server to send them a standard message back, like a canned response?
  • Some of the users receiving this message are disabled users due to inactivity and we would still like them to be able to email the help desk. How do I change it to also include disabled accounts in the list of accounts?
