Hi All,
Is there a way to edit the below message which pops up when a unregistered user tries to sign up in help center portal.
We could not give access.Use another email and try again.
Hi @Ruchi
Unfortunately, those error messages are controlled by the systems as default. We cannot customize those system error messages. You can contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to request for a possible enhancement for their products.
Hello @Ruchi , you need to allow in your service management project for users that don't have the Atlassian account to use your portal. To do this, go to Project settings > Customer permissions > update the customer access settings > Portal access section and click on Allow customers to create accounts then check Customers can access without logging in and save your changes

Thank Nikola, I dont want to do it. The behaviour I see is correct there but the error message printed is no appropriated as we are using "Only allow account creation for customers with specific email domains" so I just want to print please make sure your email domain is registered with us.

On that note, this is something that was hard coded and cannot be changed.
