We have one user in our Atlassian cloud environment that no longer receives updates from confluence page changes.
The user was accidentally deactivated and when reactivated the emails stopped, the IT team have checked all rules on the email side and nothing is being blocked from the incoming mail server.
Since 2 march the user now receives bitbucket updates but still nothing from confluence. The user is in all necessary groups, they are watching pages that we have made several updates on but still no incoming email.

The issue may be on Atlassian's side, you can contact support to ask them to check the logs: Contact Atlassian.
They responded, the email was indeed blocked on their server. Since removing the emails are flowing again. User is happy again!
